Payment Methods
We offer secure and flexible payment options for your convenience:
- Credit/Debit Cards
- UPI & Net Banking
- Cash on Delivery (COD) with token advance
- All prices are inclusive of taxes (GST) unless otherwise mentioned.
Cash on Delivery (COD) – Token Advance Required
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for select pin codes across India with the following terms:
- COD is only available when the customer pays a 20% token amount in advance at the time of placing the order.
- The remaining 80% of the total order amount is payable in cash or UPI at the time of delivery.
- Token amount payment must be completed within 24 hours of placing the order. Failure to do so may result in order cancellation.
- Orders without token advance are not eligible for COD.
This helps us minimize fake orders and ensure smooth and secure deliveries.
Return Policy
At Angnoor, due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns on any products once delivered.
We request you to carefully read product descriptions, ingredients, and usage instructions before purchasing.
Exchange Policy (Only for Damaged Products)
We offer product exchange only if the item received is damaged or broken during shipping.
To qualify for an exchange:
- You must send us a complete, unedited unboxing video showing:
- The outer packaging
- The full unboxing process
- Visible damage to the product
- The video must be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery.
Once approved, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost. No refunds will be issued for damaged products.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:
- If the product is out of stock after your token or full payment.
- If the order is cancelled by Angnoor before dispatch.
In such cases:
- The amount paid (token or full) will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
No refunds will be given for customer-initiated cancellations after order processing or dispatch.
